Aqua Fit is a challenging water workout, fit for everyone, especially those with joint ailments or injuries. The class begins with a gentle warm-up in the pool’s 79-85 degree water. From there, you’ll ease into the exercises using your own body weight and water resistance dumbbells. This 50-minute cardio and resistance training class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and overall refreshment. No registration required, make sure to bring your Sweat Pass to class.
